These terms are the agreement between you and Rafique AI for using Lunara. Please read them, especially the parts about subscriptions and cancellation.
1. Agreement
By using Lunara (the “service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by Rafique AI, CNPJ 41.854.739/0001-48, Rua Perú, 817, Canoas - RS, CEP 92420-300, Brasil (“we”, “us”).
2. What the service is, and what it is not
Lunara offers a birth chart quiz, daily readings, a moon calendar, tarot cards, numerology, compatibility reports and, where enabled, an AI astrologer and dream chat.
It is for self-reflection and entertainment. Astrology, tarot and numerology are interpretive traditions. They are not scientifically proven to predict events, and we make no promise about outcomes. Our content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not use it to make decisions in those areas. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You agree to give accurate birth details (readings depend on them) and to keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. AI features
Replies from the AI astrologer and dream chat are generated by an AI system. They may be wrong or incomplete, they are not from a human astrologer, and they are not advice. Do not enter sensitive personal information. Daily limits on messages apply and may differ for free and premium users.
5. Premium subscriptions and payment
Some features need a paid subscription. The plans, the price, the currency and any trial are shown before you pay, and the price you accept at checkout is the price that applies.
- Trials. If a plan starts with a paid or free trial, the amount due today and the price that follows when the trial ends are shown at checkout. Your subscription starts renewing automatically after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew for the same period (monthly or yearly) and are charged to your payment method at the start of each period, plus any taxes, until you cancel.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, online, in the app: Profile, then “Manage subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it, and access may end if it cannot be collected.
6. Right to withdraw and refunds
EU, UK and EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. To do so, use the “Withdraw from the contract” button in your Profile and confirm, or write to privacidade@rafiqueai.com.br. We will cancel your subscription, refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your request, and send you an email confirming that we received it.
Everyone else. Outside the legal withdrawal period, payments already made are not refundable except where the law requires, or at our discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge or a technical failure. Write to privacidade@rafiqueai.com.br and we will review your case.
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights that your local law gives you and that cannot be waived.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; copy, scrape or resell its content; reverse engineer it; interfere with its security or availability; try to avoid usage limits; or use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
8. Our content and yours
The service, its design, text, software and the way readings are written belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own purposes.
You keep the rights to what you type. You allow us to process it only to give you the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Place data comes from GeoNames (geonames.org) and is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
9. Changes and availability
We may change or improve the service, and we may stop offering a feature. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give you notice and refund the unused part of what you paid for it. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the content.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to privacidade@rafiqueai.com.br. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms; if we do so without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are submitted to the courts of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live if you are a consumer, nor, where the law gives you that right, your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
